The FDA website indicates that the citations were delivered to the company as follows:
‘The bottling room was not separated from other plant operations by tight walls, ceilings and self-closing doors to protect against contamination.’
‘You did not maintain records of sampling and testing of cleaning and sanitizing solutions.’
