The next community food drive collection will be August 8 and 13. It's our turn to staff it, ACC, so let's do it! Kids are welcome and all that's required is that you show up and receive donations, and then take them downstairs to the food pantry located at St. Agnes Church. Let us know here on Facebook or contact Pastor Derek directly if you are willing & able to help at the times listed in the event shared here.
Here's something to think about. The extra $600/week unemployment stimulus just ended. Families who were relying on that to get by will no longer have that safety net. There are so many in our community who need and depend on the food pantry to feed their families on a weekly basis. If you have the means (and most of us do), pick up some extra groceries and bring them to the food pantry! So many people are so grateful, and depending on our help.
