Mooers town recently issued the following announcement.
Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 103 of the General Municipal Law, that the TOWN OF MOOERS will accept sealed bids for the following 1) New Tin Roof for 18ft X12ft Vault at Riverside Cemetery and 2) Raise the header from 10ft to 12ft at the Mooers EMS Building.
Sealed bids must be filed in the Office of the Town Clerk on or before 2:00PM October 13, 2020. After which, the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud during the Regular Town Board Meeting of the Town of Mooers on Tuesday October 13, 2020 at 7pm at the Town of Mooers Office, 2508 Route 11, Mooers, New York 12958.
The successful bidder will be notified promptly by letter and must be prepared to enter into a contract to furnish the required material or services.
The Town of Mooers reserves the right to reject any or all bids offered if in the best interest of the Town of Mooers. Bids should be clearly marked BID ENCLOSED: 18ft X 12ft VAULT TIN ROOF and/or BID ENCLOSED: RAISE EMS HEADER 2ft
