he college was proud to host State University of New York Chancellor John B. King Jr. at our Saranac Lake campus on Friday, March 24.
The chancellor met with students, faculty, staff, our Board of Trustees, elected officials, and local business and economic development leaders. He talked about the importance of supporting community colleges and listened to our suggestions on ways SUNY can help our students achieve their goals.
Chancellor King then toured part of the Saranac Lake campus, including our radiology lab, classrooms, science labs and Learning Assistance Center.
The college is grateful to Chancellor King for spending so much time with us and for all of his ongoing efforts to support community colleges.
