There was a single gas station in cities across Franklin County selling regular gas at the lowest price of $2.99 per gallon in the week ending Nov. 16, according to customer reports submitted to GasBuddy.com.

The average reported cost of regular gas in cities within Franklin County was $3.06 per gallon.

Of the 37 reported gas stations in cities within Franklin County, three offer regular gas.

The average reported price of regular gas in New York was $3.11, compared to $3.12 the week before.

Drivers across the U.S. have faced a rollercoaster of gas prices in recent months and years. Though the cost of a gallon of gas is dropping, experts suggest they may rise to $4 before the end of 2024.
