86 percent of applicants to Paul Smiths College of Arts and Science were admitted for fall 2018

At Paul Smiths College of Arts and Science, 93 percent of undergraduate students are traditional students - age 24 or younger - and 67 percent are male, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The four-year private not-for-profit institution in Paul Smiths enrolled 745 students in fall 2018, all in undergraduate programs, data shows. 7.7 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.

66 percent of undergraduates are residents of New York, and 34 percent are residents of other states.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as white (86 percent) and Hispanic or Latino (4 percent).

The school admitted 86 percent of the 1,143 students who applied for fall 2018. Of those who were admitted, 19 percent enrolled.
